I am still waiting to deal with these people after 3 months of waiting for my 2022 amended tax return that I filed with these people paid $400 up front I contacted the IRS they said the people that you paid to file your taxes failed to do their job by not attaching your IP pin I contacted them again and the gentleman I spoke to said what's your IP pin I provided it to him he said they would handle it that evening after waiting two more weeks and checking on the status the owner answered and said I don't know about anything give me a call Monday
