The best service and price in the area. JJ Douglas Service is a small company that is about service. I called for a price on a new AC unit, Kyle was there yhe next day. He told me about a couple units that he would recommend, gave me the pros and cons of each without any pressure. They were the best price and the most polite, professional people to deal with. Installation was smooth, I am very happy. A week later my elderly parents AC stop on a Saturday. We called and left a message to see if anyone was available to take a look at it. Kyle was there with in an hour. AC was back up and running in no time. Amazing service!

We called 3 places before we were recommended to J J Douglas to come look at our propane pool heater. They were accommodating with the times they would come for us, and where here when they said they would be. Within minutes the tech found the problem and was able to fix it. He showed me the broken part before he removed it and the new part still in the package. He started the heater up to make sure it was running before he left. Ended up being very adorable! Thank you !!
