“Molly Maids has been cleaning our 3/2 ~1700 sq ft home for over a year. The owners Bob and Gwen are very attentive to your home's needs. If you ever need to change something about your service, they are directly available by phone and respond quickly. They are easy to communicate with and truly do everything to take care of the customer. When we were first with the company, we had an item accidentally broken during a clean and they sincerely apologized and replaced it right away. They also credited us when a team missed something major. Their prices are reasonable and affordable. With regard to the cleaning teams, there have been some difficult times with consistency throughout the pandemic; however, the quality of cleaning has been good to very good overall and perfection in the past month since retraining by Bob. Nakesha and Thea (Team 3) did a fantastic job yesterday, removing the difficult dust from our furniture and leaving the floors spotless, which is very important as we have a newborn in the home. Tyler and Jessica, as well as Stacy and Laura, are also excellent teams. As there is a window of time when they arrive to clean (e.g., 10am-12pm), they are courteous in calling 10 minutes prior to arrival, which is much appreciated. The reminder text message of scheduled cleaning the day before is also a great feature. The teams have been professional and personable, which is comforting when you trust someone into your home. You can request a specific team to clean your home routinely as well as specific time window/days. Molly Maids are such a huge help. I get excited when it is cleaning day. They make my weeks much easier and less stressful knowing that I will have a very clean home. I am more able to focus on my family and spend quality time with them. I highly recommend their service!“
