We have had a couple of jobs done by Cates. Both times I have witnessed quality work and received fair pricing. They have good people working for them and truly care about what they do. Pictures are of the most recent generator plug we had installed by Cates.

Called and made an appointment at 8am. They told me they could have someone out to look at the issue between 11am and 2pm. They told me up front what the cost would be to assess the issue and what the minimum charge was. They called me back at 1:50pm and told me the techs were about 10 minutes out. They showed up right at 2! They found the issue in less than 30 minutes and called FPL for us because it was a main line issue. The issues were fixed the same day. Very professional, quick, answered all my questions. Would definitely use them again!Service: Electrical inspections
