Our design consultant Megan was very knowledgeable explaining in detail the different options available to us and communicated well with scheduling our installation. The install team included Steve and Joe, who were very respectful to our home. They moved all of our furniture carefully from room to room, discarded the old flooring without a trace and meticulously installed new flooring throughout three stories of our home. We are so happy our neighbors recommended this company as opposed to going through a big box store. I also work for a new home builder so I understand the process, cost and expectations.
