Everything went fine with the installation of my roof. Until it came time to resolve payment. I had an original estimate of $18942.87 with the only unknown being wood. They tried to bill my insurance $32288.21.they settled with the insurance for $20k minus a deductible. When I called to clarify a release with them they had no idea what was being billed or what credits they had given. Gina hung up on me because she had no answers because numbers were all being fabricated and I wasn’t a clueless idiot.
They lacked professionalism, especially in their communication and resolving of issues. I'm very dissatisfied with them from this perspective.
The team at Dynasty was amazing to work with. We had an repair issue to deal with and I could not be happier with the timeliness of their quote to how quickly the job was completed. They were even able to match the shingles perfectly. I would whole heartedly recommend Dynasty to anyone in need!!!
