So glad I called Air America to get a second opinion for my mother's air-conditioner.Another ac company that serviced her ac every 6 months told her she was 3lbs low of refrigerant and need a new unit for 13,000$.Ac was having no issues they were just doing 6 months check.Air America came out and checked unit and says it's fine and didn't need any refrigerant at all.it is 13 years and would need upgrade when it does break because it had older refrigerant that was being phased out. Spencer Jr gave my mother a quote for new unit about 4000$ cheaper than other company so when it does break we will definitely get him back out. Great guys!! Prompt response time, first visit came as a courtesy, second scheduled visit showed up as promised, very confidence inspiring!!! Awaiting estimate for system replacement but initial quote is promising!!!
I have been waiting on AND A/C for 6 days and they still haven't gotten here. Have given me three different excuses why they can't make it but we all know it's just lies anyway. I called Air america yesterday afternoon and they got to me this morning at 815 and fixed it in less than twenty minutes. They did an amazing job and Michael was very polite, efficient and professional in his duties as a technician. Stay away from AND and just use this company. Highly recommend.! Can't say enough.
