I have used Universal twice and each time has been an excellent experience, with the floors coming out perfectly. Raul and his team are true professionals. They are meticulous, careful, respectful and efficient. If you are looking for wood floors, do not settle for less. They will make sure that your floors are perfect. They also did some moldings for us that came out beautifully. It is difficult finding good help in Miami, so finding Universal was truly a blessing.

Universal Wood Floors was recommended to my by an architect friend who I trust completely. they gave me a very fair quote, so I hired them. It turns out, that was a super smart decision. They were professional, timely, polite, tidy and extremely efficient. When they presented the finished product, I was stunned. My beat-up, 100 year old floors were AMAZING!!! The real testament was my very picky son. He was speechless! He could not believe how beautiful they looked. It has now been three days since he saw them and that is all he can talk about. I highly recommend this company. Doris, the manager, and Raul, the owner, were a pleasure to work with and their staff are excellent. You will be VERY happy!
