Yes if we just bought a new frig and it doesn't work we're probably not in a great mood when we find out out the promised by Frigidaire ASAP service call will never happen as RR is booked solid (probably with repairs on other US branded garbage). Yes, RR's back office could go to charm school. Somewhat frustrating to work with. 3 stars here. Technical diagnostics and repair: Jesus came, Jesus diagnosed correctly. Part was ordered. Next week Jesus returned, installed the part, the frig has been working for 2 weeks now. Appears to be a good repair. Jesus was a pleasure to deal with, was clean, was careful. They fixed my HVAC and saved me thousands of dollars. They warned that attamptimg to fix the motor may require the board be replaced and they were right. We had to order the first part and then order the board but the dollars saved were fantastic and my HVAC is like brand new. I feel so lucky. It all went very quickly. Thank you!
