I had an excellent experience with plumber technician #2942, Sergio. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He quickly identified and fixed the issue, explaining everything clearly along the way. The service was efficient. Highly recommend!
Guillermo’s was our service tech. He went to my home and I explained the situation we have with our kitchen sink that was clogged. Right there he told me what was the issue and what type of service we needed. I made the service appointment for him to be at my home on the 18th of May but the sink was not waiting. We call him on Saturday and asked him if he could please come on Monday as the sink was completely clogged. Hydro jetting service has been completed with 100% satisfaction. I highly recommend rotor rooter but if you could request Guillermo even better.
Roto rooter plumber’s (Guillermo and partner) showed up within 30 minutes of the call. Fast, efficient and they explained my options. They finished the job fast and were professional. I would definitely recommend them and use again.
