We recently had a pipe burst in our home. I must've called at least 5 different plumbers before calling Robert and they were all busy or gave me ETAs for days out. Robert came out the same day. We had a prior leak detection company come in and "detect" the pipe that was leaking. When Robert's team got there, they realized that what the prior company had signaled to be the leaking pipe was completely wrong. They worked diligently to detect the problem accurately.
