I called Nick’s flowers yesterday around noon after a terrible experience with a so called Top Floral company in the US that never delivered the flowers to my girlfriend on the day of my anniversary the day before. Apparently, they use off shore customer service reps that don’t have a clue of what’s going on. I spoke to Nick personally and told him my experience and if he can assist me to get an arrangement delivered that same day. Not only did him deliver the same day (within a couple hours after I called) but the arrangement looked amazing and at a reasonable price. He went above and beyond my expectations. I get the most beautiful arrangements from Nick’s the amazing part is that they last for over a week! I love coming here for every occasion the Christmas arrangements are so beautiful I get so many compliments on the holidays. Not to mention how sweet they are to me and my daughter! A Hialeah staple.
