Small problem with shipment of wrong item but NN went above and beyond to make it right! Excellent customer service and thrilled with my palm tree! Very high quality! I will definitely be ordering from them again!! Thanks NN

I own a number of faux plants/trees from Nearly Natural and I am ver happy with them. I just ordered a faux silk olive tree for my daughter in law. The pot arrived broken. I reached out to customer support and in less than an hour they had a replacement tree on its way. You can’t expect more than this. Quality product with outstanding customer support.
