A BIG thank you and hug to Andrea for sending out Philipe and his assistant!! In sweltering hot hot hot Miami Beach heat , these two wonderful professional very knowledgeable men came to help me. I was suffering from sun stroke and they were able to skillfully get my gear out of "p" (park) as the shifter/lever was practically welded/stuck in that position. Kind people (men) were unable to move that darn stick. Thank goodness for Monster Auto Recovery! Philipe and assistant were smart enough to figure out what to do and off I went. Safely and calmly. I had a very long drive in Friday rush hour traffic to Palm Beach County and made it back in 1 piece. I was sick... read full review
