Just hours after posting the below review I received an answer and a Phone call. Yesterday I dropped off my documents, Alejandro has always been very professional, kind and attentive. Thank you.We have been doing our taxes since 2010, and the service has always been good. Last year, of course, the situation made things different which was understandable.This year we have been calling numerous times since February and didn't have an answer. It seems like the only choices are to drop off out documents or send them via e-mail.Last year we experienced different financial conditions from previous years and our son will be going to college, and we have some questions, but nobody...read full review
