Purchased a gift certificate and now they do not want to honor it. I’m in the hole for $100. “New” owner claims she can’t honor it because it was before her. However, she does not provide “previous’ owner information so I can prosecute and they continue to use the same company name. Do NOT BUY any certificates from them is a SCAM and you will never see your money!!!!! Will file a formal complaint to the state board of cosmetology. If I can give them a zero stars I would.
Honor the $100 gift certificate I have from this place. Took my money and now won’t give money back or services!!! Scammers!!! They not answers my messages. A formal complaint is being filed with the State.
