Inspector: Alfonso Ayon Date: 7/8/13 Inspector was on time and very professional. Took time to explain the contract and what was included in the inspection. He spent 4 hours inspecting a 3,300 sqft home and was very detail oriented. I received his report within 48 hours and it included everything we had discussed before the inspection. I will recommend him without hesitation.

We recently contacted Alfonso from Florida Safety Inspections to inspect a home we were purchasing. The home inspection took a couple of hours and was very thorough. Our report included photographs and even estimates on what the repairs would cost.
