While working at a Facility Maintenance company, I sent many work orders to Empire throughout the years. Not once, did they reject a work order, no matter how small or big the project was, and most importantly, the quality of work is always very consistently high. The team does a good job of keeping you updated and their quotes are very fairly priced. The level of professionalism with the techs, office staff, and the owner is above and beyond.
