Bought a new back pack not long ago and after 6 months or use the stitching and zippers started to fail I contacted drago gear LLC 1/30/23 they acknowledged that my bag was covered under warranty and that they would send the info over to the manager and he would send me a new bag it’s now 5/27/23 and they have stopped responding to my emails don’t do business with this company they do not conduct themselves professionally I suspect they have some serious issues internally and I will now take this campaign against drago gear LLC online and to social media to do as much damage as I can to this company over a 100$ back pack

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Nov 2022, have a warranty issue with a Tracker Backpack. Its May 23 and the pack STILL hasn't been replaced. Heard all kinds of excuses from, supply chain issues to \\\"our shipper sent us the wrong boxes.\\\" I can't wait to get the new bag so I can throw it in the garbage.
