Buying a property is not a purchase to be made lightly. The property inspection done by this company eases ones concerns greatly. I had purchased a previous condo before and the property inspection of this condo surpassed it. The report was detailed , informative; 40 pages worth of knowledge of the property that one is about to make a huge investment on. The report included the quality of the property, mold status, permit violations and issues such as electrical problems and how much it would cost me to fix. I was blown away. As far as professionalism, according to my realtor he was on time, taking his time in the inspection. The report was completed in a timely manner with the email delivered in a professional and clean presentation. Over all, I was highly impressed and content with Capital Property Inspection.
