I had a great experience at the BJ located at Hialeah, Miami Lakes Optical Department. I was assisted by Sebastian, who was very professional and knowledgeable about the glasses offered. I appreciated the fact, I was not pressured into purchasing features I didn't feel I needed, while at the same time providing me with an overview of what was available for my prescription. I would recommend this location to anyone needing nice frames, at a good price, while receiving exceptional customer service.

Update:Today I went into BJs Optical and was assisted by Sebastian. He was very pleasant, courteous, and professional throughout my whole visit. This is the second time that I have had the pleasure of being assisted by Sebastien. I must admit he has made me change my opinion of BJs Optical. Sebastien had assisted me with my glasses almost 2 years ago. He assisted with picking out the frames and the lenses. I still have the glasses , so the quality has improved. I went today to purchase new glasses using the special they have right now of BOGO.
