Before coming to Invivo I didn’t have a good relationship with the gym, I found myself not pushing myself enough and other workout classes felt rushed/not tailored to me. I’ve been at Invivo for 2 years now and it’s unlike anything else i’ve ever tried before! Not only do I feel stronger but i’ve learned so much about weight lifting, form, and how to challenge myself. John is an amazing trainer who really tailors each session to you, and will remind you the “Why” behind the workouts and will get you to build a strong foundation in weightlifting. I’ve been going to this gym for a while now, and I absolutely love it! The facility is top-notch—super clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a wide variety of machines for all types of workouts. Whether you’re into cardio, strength training, or group classes, they have it all.
The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help with any questions or workout tips. The trainers here are fantastic and really care about helping you reach your fitness goals. The atmosphere is motivating and welcoming to people of all fitness levels, which makes it easy to stay consistent.

InVivo is the best Gym ever! The attention to your wants and needs and how welcomed they make you feel from the moment you step in is indescribable. Everything is so clean and organized. Dominique is the BEST trainer. I was always so scared to workout, and from the first session, she help me break that fear. She tailor an exercise plan to meet my health needs. She is always so encouraging and embracing. I am so so thankful for her and the entire team. Joining the Invivo Family has been one of the best decisions I've made.
