I’ve been coming here for two months now and every time I come it’s always a great atmosphere. I’ve learned so much from coach John and Moise and I feel like I’ve been getting better each time I’ve come over. Definitely recommend for anyone and everyone who wants to better themselves physically and mentally. ???

Joining this gym has been one the best decisions I’ve made in my life. From the very first moment that I started, coach Dominique embraced me with open arms and made me feel so welcomed. It was all so new to me, and she explained everything to me step by step. There’s always a positive and encouraging atmosphere in this gym. Dominique is always checking up on me during my workouts and makes sure im executing it successfully. She studies my abilities and knows exactly how far I can push and where my limit is.
