Hunter showed up when he said he would and did a great professional job installing my new water heater and even helped me get my water softener system working correctly for no extra charge. Feels good not only to have hot water again but also CLEAN water!! Highly recommended!!
JAY was my technician today. He arrived on time in the cleanest pump truck I have ever see. That's a visual reassurance for me, i.e. professional appearance = a professional company. JAY was very pleasant and explained how much septic systems have advanced since mine was installed, what backed up/drain field signs to be aware of in the furure. He's a highly recommended tech, so request JAY. If you pay cash have the EXACT amount ready or you'll spend ten minutes asking neighbors for change.?
Called in the evening and was able to obtain an appointment the next day. I was given a time frame between 9 and 1 for service. The plumber arrived closer to 1pm. Within the hours quoted. He introduced himself and was very polite and knowledgeable. He solved my problem and cleaned up the area after completing the job. Again, very professional and courteous. And this matters in today' s world. I would definitely recommend LCI Plumbing for quick service, notifying the customers before and when definite arrival time and dependability. Oh and they certainly put the customer first.
