After many weeks with struggling with two bad purchases on eBay I took a chance and took one of the computers to Dynamic Computer Solutions. They did a fabulous job diagnosing the problem (which was not repairable) and I purchased a refurbished computer from them. Oh my goodness!! I am so thrilled. Got a great machine with a warranty and a good price, brought it home fired it up and it immediately started working and doing exactly what I needed it for. I should have started my search with them and it would have saved me a LOT of stress. Everyone there was so very nice and helpful. I recommend them to anyone having issues with their computer. Dropped my computer and damaged the computer body with items rattling around inside. I called and they told me to come on by and they would take a look. Very friendly and waited on me the moment I arrived. Pulled the computer apart and found a few loose pieces which he cleared out immediately. Put back together and had it completed within 20 minutes. I asked what I owed him and he said no charge. I insisted but he just smiled and said he was happy to help.
