Hands down the best customer service from a roofing contractor. I’m a Realtor and I had a random water leak that arrived at one of my listings on closing day. Through the warranty with Lennar Joe Staubitz came out to inspect the home and try to find the issue. He arrived 5 days sooner than the lennar rep told us. I was so appreciative that he was able to squeeze us in. He was the 2nd contractor that came out to the home to find the problem.
