Heather does wonderful work relieving my tight muscles doing deep tissue therapy. Has had success relieving spine cramps. I'm addicted. Didn't know I could get rid of aches and pains from getting older. But not slowing down. She does multiple types of therapies that I'm not familiar with, but will be trying in the future.

As you all might have heard, Lakeview salon has closed down since the owner, Carol, passed away. May Carol rest in peace.
Due to the final decisions made regarding the future of the shop, my mom was forced to relocate to a new salon. She was hoping to remain at Lakeview until retirement. As you may know, relocating as a hair stylist is extremely stressful for a multitude of reasons. However, for my mom, her number one priority is YOU, her client! She wants to make sure the drive is suitable for you and that you can feel just as comfortable at her new shop.
For this reason, Kathy made the decision to relocate to LaBella's Hair and Nails. They are located on Highway 41 in Inverness. The cardio section offers plenty of options, including bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, stairmasters, and ergs.The staff are professional and welcoming. They're always available for assistance. One-on-one training costs extra. Parking is never an issue, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.I wish the gym would extend its hours, especially on weekends. During peak hours, the free weight area can get a bit crowded, but overall, BellaVita Spa and Fitness is a top-notch gym that I highly recommend.Another area for improvement is a more accommodating policy regarding guests of members. Also why no towels provided for shower/sauna/pool areas?
