Fast service, friendly staff. Even with travel time to get the larger motor it was less than 3 hours to get my heat pump unit, that hasn't run for 2 year,s back online. I highly recommend.

The crew from Hanks went above and -beyond to provide excellent service! They were friendly, polite and thorough in their work. They were very conscientious about cleanliness. Great price, I would highly recommend them!

We contacted Hank’s A/C needing a 2nd opinion on service work recommended by another A/C company, who we’ve done business with since the install of 2 new units 8 years ago. The previous company we thought was providing honest professional service, but after their last few “semi-annual” service calls, we became suspicious of their business practice selling us services and products not necessarily needed, up to and including suggestion to replace both units. Hmmm!Hank’s A/C came the next day after our call to determine what options we had. Their suggestion was to replace the leaking coil in the one unit at nearly half the price the other company quoted.
