I live in a student apartment, and my apartment was leaking water from the roof and my apartment complex hired these people to come and dry out my carpets and clean them. It’s crazy how these people don’t understand how effective communication works especially if they know how important it is for, their clients and their customers to do and not to do things so they came and put some dryers into my room. My room is very small so it took up all the space there was not much walking room and mind you they put them in my room on Friday so it would’ve been there throughout the weekend plus Monday because it was a holiday they came Tuesday so the dryers have been in...read full review

We used Prestige for pressuring washing our home and couldn't be happier. They showed up on time for the estimate and on time to do the job. Excellent work and very professional. I would call them again for any of the services they offer such as carpet cleaning, etc. Wish I could give them 10 stars!

Everyone had an attitude and the technician was throwing his equipment around because he had to clean both carpets by himself. The manager was rude. Far less than stellar work. Only upside was they were free through my apartment complex
