I have been practicing yoga for a while. I travel a lot and I visit different studios. Rosa is great and I will be back next time in Miami.
Rosa is an incredible teacher. She adapts her teaching to all levels and modifies for your individual goals and needs.
Yogarosa is by far one of the best, if not best yoga studio in the Miami area. Rosa the owner and other instructors are amazing and give so much attention to detail and form when in class. They teach for knowledge and to also make sure you’re correct to avoid injury. The studio is quaint and a wonderful atmosphere. I highly highly recommend this studio to anyone wanting to learn to practice yoga or even those more advanced! You will not be disappointed here!
