I went here for Botox, which I've never had before. They were very knowledgeable and explained to me what to expect very thoroughly. The appointment was quick and the pain was close to non-existence. I also inquired about other locations on my face I wanted to address and rather than immediately attempting to upsell me they went over different things that can be done to address my concerns and recommended I read up on them before making a decision. Which is rare in the beauty industry. I definitely recommend them.

Today I had a consultation for a non-surgical procedure that I was considering due to my past circumstances. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and informative. They took the time to thoroughly explain why the procedure wouldn't be beneficial and what I could realistically expect in terms of results.

What really stood out to me is that they genuinely care about their clients and the quality of the outcome. They could have easily just taken my money, but instead they focused on what would truly give me the best results. That level of honesty and integrity means a lot.
