Fast & Reliable! That is really all you need when your AC breaks down. I saw their van outside of my condo and called the number when my AC stopped cooling. Within an hour Orlando was at the door. He checked the internal AC unit and then the roof-top and quickly identified and showed me the problem. It was the AC fan motor at the roof. Next day he came with a new motor, replaced it in an hour working under 95'F heat. AC was back to normal again. I also noticed they always pick up their phone no matter how busy they are. I highly recommend Orlando and Reliable AC service.

Here is my time line, called on day 1, receieved a quote for 3 ton unit in 2 hours( Beated the 3 other competitors), gave the OK. Day 2 and 3 processed permit applications with City of Aventura. Day 4 unit was installed in my condo. During process, they were very informative and never asked any deposit. All with their good faith and word. They showed up right on time, super clean work, didnt leave a mess behind and left with in 6 hours. Highly recommend their services.

I am very happy that I went with this company to install my new AC unit because they are AMAZING!!! The staff is great and very professional from the beginning. They made the entire installation process look so simple. I thought it would be more complex but before you know it my new AC was up and running with my new Google Nest thermostat with remote sensor.The communication process with them was extremely easy and they are always very happy to answer any question or doubts that you may have.
