We took our German shepherd, Onyx, today. Admittedly, I was very concerned as we’ve had bad experiences with groomers, and don’t trust them; but it’s gotten impossible to bathe her at home, and her skin and hair were too bad by now. She needed grooming. My Mom learned of Pawferct Grooming through a friend, and went to check them out… Not only is the place spotless clean, but the staff is very respectful, caring, and reassuring. Being able to stay, and watch, as they bathed her, earned our trust and gratitude. Yaru grabbed my 80lbs GSD and treated her with the upmost care… Onyx went in looking like a stray, and came out looking like my beautiful little wolf that she is. Best of all: she was NOT distressed, and we had access to see her throughout the entire grooming. I really hope you guys stay like this, because we are now your biggest fans! See you again in a month.
We were so affraid to take our pup anywhere since the last place injured our sweet little boy and never told us but we took him anyway since most of the rewiews were so good. They did not disappoint. Our sweet little boy looked fantastic. This will be our new place for Ziggy
