My first few experiences at this office were good: Friendly and professional office staff, and Dr McKenzie is very easy to talk to. The most recent time i've been there, it kind of felt like a machine. In other words, they want to get you in, then get you out. The doc was very nonchalant about a few issues I mentioned, even though they were real problems for me. No sulution/s were offered. I felt very comfortable there during the pandemic. The staff was careful to keep distances between the patience in the lobby and only allowed a few of us in at a time. It was very quick and efficient. My doctor, Dr. Michael McKenzie is truly a caregiver. He listens to my concerns and is incredibly knowledgeable. I would recommend him and his office any time and to anyone.

Dr. McKenzie is very knowledgeable! He takes his time and had great bed side manor. He came highly recommended and I see why . So happy I changed my PCP . I was able to get my labs drawn right in the office . All of the staff were very friendly and COVID protocols were all followed .
