If I could leave zero star, I would. Dr. Moya was highly disappointing and unprofessional. I have never met a doctor like this. During my visit, we encountered a disagreement regarding my condition that escalated to an unacceptable level. Dr. Moya became rude, and he ended up screaming at me, causing me considerable distress. He has no empathy or care for his patients. Despite eventually agreeing to conduct necessary lab tests, the situation took a turn for the worse. After waiting for 45 minutes, Dr. Moya had not fulfilled the order for the essential tests, leaving me without the medical attention we had discussed. To compound matters, my recent attempt to schedule an appointment with a different doctor at the medical center was met with refusal by Dr. Moya, who denied me access to alternative care. This abrupt denial of medical assistance has left me without a healthcare provider and raises serious concerns about the ethical standards of the medical center. I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism displayed by Dr. Moya and the subsequent denial of care. He also deactivated my account where I could have access to my labs and results and he won't send them to me. I would caution anyone seeking medical attention to think twice when considering this medical center.

New patient visit today and there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about this practice. What a great group of medical professionals that took care of my every need. Oana Ciurea P-A listened to me! She was caring and compassionate and gave me hope that I will get through my health struggles. Her tech was knowledgeable and professional. I was apprehensive about leaving my PCP, but I wasn’t close to him any longer an it wasn’t a one stop shop, where I can do my labs and other test there, which really makes it so much easier and expedites everything. So, i choose this group and I couldn’t be more happy with the care that I got from the time I entered the building to the time I left. And BTW, I’m also in this profession and work for a large Opthalmology group, so I know what to expect and they didn’t disappoint. Thank you.
