Front desk ladies were sweet and made sure things went quickly and smoothly to start on the massage, then I entered my session with Hitomi and she was an absolute pleasure, very informative and gentle , she knew her stuff. I will admit at first I was hesitant due to the unfortunate reviews from other times but please don’t let that discourage you, it was a very pleasant overall experience and I’m looking forward to my other sessions :)
I take care of a 90 year old woman who is a patient here. I’ve been to all except 1 of her appointments with her. The staff here is so nice and accommodating. They’re always friendly and smiling. Not only that the therapists are great at their jobs. We’ve already seen such a difference in the short time we’ve been going. Also, they changed our appointment times to better fit our schedule. The office always smells nice and is clean.
I have been going to this lymphoedema treatment clinic for over 10 years. From the first time to present day the staff of this facilty have been very professional and highly effective in treatment of my condition. Management, receptionists and therapists are GREAT!!!
