I came here hoping to get my suit dry cleaned and based off of the hours and signs they should be open. When I called the number in the top right of the door he was rude and short with me. I never leave reviews but I’ll make an exception for this one
They're supposed to close at 4pm on Sundays, I went there at 2:57 pm and it was closed...Went back when they were "open" and the owner was rude. There is nothing "express" about a 4 business day wait.
If I could do 0 stars I would! Extremely rude! Called in tried to get a quote and some information on dry cleaning services. The person I spoke to was extremely rude. Wouldn’t even bother to explain me anything and ended up hanging up the phone mid sentence while I was trying to finish my question. I thought maybe we got disconnected but he didn’t bother to pick up the phone ever since. With this type of customer service I’m surprised he has good reviews here. Will never ever go there.
