Not the same as it was before! It used to be 5 stars. No more. New dentist, new hygienist, new receptionists... Not as friendly or helpful. Walked out of my appointment. I made an appointment for a regular cleaning, walked in and had some xrays taken. I asked if this was going to be a regular cleaning. "No, this is going to be the "perio .." whatever it's called. I told her (the new hygienist), that I had made an appointment for a regular cleaning, and that I did not want the perio done. She asked why not? "Because I don't want to". She then puts her arms on her hips and says very rudely "It's not what you want, but it is what we have to do". At this point, I was totally peed off. So I Janked the stupid white paper bib off, and walked out. I did tell her "Vete a la Mirada"! Iwill not be spoken at like that. She told me to go find another dentist. Well, no duh! There are 100's of them around here. I can't let someone with that kind of demeanor take care of any medical need. Their losss. I need lots of work on my teeth. Some other nicer place will get my money! What happened to respecting a patient's choice of treatment?!

Nunca recomendaría esta oficina la tipa que se llama Liliana Carmona no fue nada profesional me hicieron esperar 1 :20 minutos por una cita más encima me dicen que fui rude con ellos no agarren tanta gente y hagan esperar a los pacientes tanto tiempo

Do not waist your time coming here. If you ask god anything outside of being seen ... your asking for too much. Asking a nurse to fill out paperwork of asking for your medical records is next to impossible. Trying to send a message to get specific paperwork done is next to impossible. All you will get is a run around. Please... don't waist your time.
