Charles did such a fabulous job updating our mulch. He managed to squeeze us in last minute and was happy to help. Even helped us out with trimming back a tree that got a little out of control. He’s someone who takes pride in what he does. Enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend booking Charles! Look forward to using CS Designer Landscaping again.
Charles completed a beautiful hedge and we appreciate his hard work. A quote was provided the same week and a date was set. Charles, even picked up some extra shrubs on the day of service. Charles was respectful and reliable! What would have made this experience even better is the roots being trimmed and about 4 additional shrubs being planted as promised.
Aside from this we had a good experience.
We rate this company a 5 as this job was completed before a major holiday.
Charles was very punctual which was a plus for me!! He listened to my concerns and gave me suggestions. He showed me everything that was done and made sure that I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend Charles!!
