Easy to get an appointment for same day service. Highly trained technician, Hector was on time courteous and extremely knowledgeable of my a/c problem and other air conditioners that are on the market. Great job Air Commander. You have a Super Technician representing you and his name is Hector!
Had both our units serviced today. Tavaris (TC) did an outstanding job, very thorough, and answered all my questions. Great work on helping to find and fix the drain line just in time before it got clogged, and might have caused more serious issues.
The two members team from Air Commanders was punctual, professional and helpful. The service manager explained what was necessary, what needed doing and why they needed to perform certain tasks. They also explained what steps to take going forward to insure optimal performance from the a/c unit. All in all the services rendered by the team was very satisfactory and appreciated.
