Once again, Air Commander has saved the day! The AC went out last night, and since there is nobody here who knows anything about HVAC systems (😂), a call went out to the after hours message line. First thing this morning a call was made to the company, where April, the sweet employee who takes these calls, had already heard the voicemail from last night. Long story short, April booked an appointment for this afternoon. Around 2pm, Clarence and Chris got to the house, and in 5 minutes, they had found the problem-a stopped up water line. Since it was about time for the regular maintenance, they completed that and put in a new filter. The charge for the entire visit-repair, maintenance, and filter was $69-quite reasonable I believe. As I told Clarence and Chris, Air Commander is one of the few companies around that truly puts their customers first. I have been one of their customers since 2016, they have always been there in a timely manner if a problem arose and put in a new system for me several years ago. I would recommend Air Commander highly as a reliable and ethical company. 😊

Thanks to Air Commander to repairing my a/c beyond what our previous company accomplished. On the most recent visit, arriving within 2 hours of my call, to my dismay I had a costly repair not covered by my extended warranty—a leaking outdoor copper pipe. Technician Boe placed in his comments that this unusual break was most likely caused by the pipe being stepped on during landscaping service. He placed this comment on the bill. To my surprise, the landscaper drafted a check covering this repair. Thank you, Air Commander, and thank you Boe for such great service!
