I have worked with Sailwind Construction on three renovation projects for the past two and half years. Christi has done a fantastic job over that time and has an impressive knowledge of construction. For every project, she was very thorough in understanding the scope of work and did a great job of budgeting (came in under budget). She takes the time to ensure that she gets the best sub-contractors for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Sailwind Construction for any construction needs.

Sailwind Construction is currently completing a master bath renovation and I couldn't be happier. I decided to use Sailwind because I previously had them complete an install of a half bath and was very pleased. We were not present during the half bath install and I was a little concerned but as it turned out I had nothing to be worried about. The work was completed as directed and on time. When we returned home the place was neat as a pin - only change was that I had a beautiful half bath. During the process Christi, the owner, was in constant communication with me and sent me pictures as progress was made. I have worked with other contractors and have NEVER had this kind of perfection. As far as billing goes, she was very upfront about all the projected costs and in the end gave me a VERY detailed accounting of all costs and how it compared to the original estimate. As I said, Sailwind is now completing a master bath redo. The process has taken awhile but that was thru no fault of Sailwind. We had a hurricane, two very bad storms and the virus to contend with. Every worker that Sailwind sent was polite, competent, and accommodating. Since we had extensive pluming and electrical work done we had to have inspections done. All inspectors were impressed with the work that had been done. Since I have had such good results with Sailwind I have contracted them to replace an existing deck and cover and screen it. I expect I will experience the same service that I have had in the past.

I was in a real time constraint. A touchy situation that needed an inspection and deconstruction for a better view. Christie offered excellent service and advice. I plan on using Sailwind in the very near future.
