“I love working out with Barbara. Be it at her studio, or since the pandemic, we have been doing Virtual classes. Virtual has been great because the workouts are tailored for me and I don't think we have done any workout twice. I'm always amazed what we can do be it Aerobics, pilates mat exercises, kangoo, and using very little equipment. What have I learned during the pandemic is that it's still important to exercise. Private lessons with Barbara have always lifted me mentally and physically. I feel my spine and core are more stabilized and stronger. My joints feel looser and I generally feel balanced. I have degenerative disc in my back, so keeping moving is a must even if I don't feel like it, on those days the payoff is always higher. Barbara is also a super amazing trainer and lady!
