I took my 12 year lab in for an exam due to a cough and falling forward. My complaints were not dealt with. On the 22nd, there was elevated kidney levels. Infection was brought up. A kidney flush was recommended. I took her in for the flush and between 7am and 3:30 apparently my 12 year old who coughs all the time, never made a noise till she was brought to me in the exam room. The notes from the first visit went 100% unnoticed. I wrote an email expressing how I felt and was then proceeded to be kicked out of Tiger point vet. Permanently. They never once said if my dog has until tomorrow or another year. Just money hungry people. Definitely not looking out for the welfare of your pet. If they swore to an oath, they let that go with me. Disappointed.

I just received great news from Dr. Fair so perhaps I'm being somewhat influenced, but all the way through the Clinic has been beyond awesome!!! I could not give them a higher rating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They have dealt with my Mastiff with complete understanding and gentle care for a rather large love baby!! I'd also highly suggest you try their grooming-First Class. My dog actually looks forward to her visits!!

The care here is amazing. They are caring and compassionate. They were great with my dog and his issues. I took him in for dry skin patches and ear pain. Turned out he had a ear infection and allergies. All was great except the price. It was more than I expected.
