My motor died on my ac unit Labor Day at 10pm! Rob Tessler technician came next day..no help and didnot call as promised the next morning with a parts update! My home has been at 86 degrees for 3 days however today the Manager Travis Poole mademy day he found me a motor in his facility and promised it would be installed today! He sent Jimmy Thomas maint tech. Great guy. Knowledgeable customer oriented and installed my new motor in an hour! Thank you Travis and Jimmy..You are the type of people who inspire customer loyalty!
