Dr Zimmern is amazing!!! She is very knowledgeable in her field. I never knew that pelvic floor healthcare was even a concern, but my body let me know real quick it was!! Dr Zimmern is very patient and truly listened to me. I have never felt rushed or like she was just trying to move me out. I am very grateful that I was referred to her, the information she teaches truly works!!!

Bottom line up front, it would not be exaggerating to say that choosing Gulf Coast Pelvic Health for my PT is the best decision I've made for my health in *years*.Dr. Zimmern's approach to physical therapy is unlike anything else I've experienced, in the best, most enlightening and transformative way. I've done courses of PT several times over the years for injuries, and every time I've been put into 'circuit-training-style' exercises, where I'm given an exercise to repeat, and told to do X number of reps while the therapist tends to other patients.
