Brynne Heatley, was my massage therapist at this location. She presented herself as a professional licensed massage therapist. Before the massage started I filled out all the appropriate paperwork. She assessed my posture and alignment prior to the massage. The massage room had dim lit candles, relaxing music, and comfy sheets and blankets. Also, there was a heat warmer as well. She then used hypoallergenic lotion and eased into the massage with her pressure. She encouraged feedback on the pressure level throughout the massage so she wouldn't apply too much or too little pressure.
