Excellent experience from beginning to end. Sales, adjusting specs, communications throughout the construction process, ability to visit site with sales person during construction, overall quality were all excellent. For an entry-level home we are very pleased and updating elements ourselves to make it our own.
Adams Homes failed to follow building code and never installed barriers needed to prevent rats and squirrels from getting into our attic and doing considerable damage to items stored there. We are currently working with City Building Dept and Adams Warranty to pay the midigagation bill we received. And have other structures checked!
We bought a Adams home in Palm Coast, Florida. The people were friendly and professional. We had an inspector check the house before moving in. He said he would buy the house if he was looking for one. So far the quality appears to be very good. No complaints here.
