If I could give 10000 stars I would! This is our second time having Universal RV Repair work on our 2022 Thor Inception and we won't trust it to ANYONE other than Universal now! Chip is knowledgable and takes the time to explain if like me you want to learn about your RV. He did the oil change on our generator and installed 2 new Epoch Essentials 460ah lithium batteries plus a victron smart shunt, Lithium battery isolation manager and a battery cut off switch. I had a ton of things I had purchased that we did not need. We've used this business twice now and been extremely pleased. Chip is very personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and prices are fair.

Had him out a couple times to fix my daughter's 5th wheel, did an excellent job every time. Had him out last time to fix some stuff before we used it on a trip. Had a slide problem the day before we were to leave and he came back out after work and fixed it. Great guy and does a great job. I won't call anyone else.
