Be aware, this HOA, DOES NOT DO THE JOB, still being waiting for them to repair my roof and it's been like this for 2 weeks already, imagine the trouble I'm going through now that's raining.

My family has had a home here since I was a teenager. The HOA and maintenance were better back then. Now as an adult and owning the home, I have had no help with the issues plaguing my home. We have had a sheet metal from the roof fall months ago and multiple work orders have been put in and nothing has happened. Now we have bees populating in the roofing indent and still no action.It’s very sad knowing that you cannot rely on your HOA when you pay them each month for these kind of things.

Some kids decide to post an Instagram saying there's a party at our pool. The police and hoa mgmt do nothing to stop this illegal gathering where the gate to pool is just proped open so 300 reckless kids ca over run and trespass on our property. Total lack of management.
